11/08 – Present Veterans Health Administration’s Allocation Resource Center (ARC) – Braintree
The ARC is a VHA facility that is responsible for tracking and reporting the financial resources allocated to veteran health care facilities and services. Projects included documenting ARC patient costing procedures for financial managers at the healthcare facilities and writing a reference guide for software developers that describes how the ARC creates the database used for costing. Am currently using Camtasia 9 to create web-based video presentations that describe ARC products and services that VHA personnel can use to ensure that their medical centers are correctly reporting the health care services being provided to veterans. 07/07 – 11/08 Capital Fulfillment Group – Hingham
